I took this image of Andrew in his room. It was taken for a color assignment a few weeks back. I didn't do much editing to the original image. I did boost the contrast and I messed with his eyes a bit. I made the little button thing using about ten different layers of circles and blending and the letters with a bold font and an angled gradient applied to each letter. It looks simple but a lot of work went into the little things. Hope you like.

I took this picture of my brothers cat for the black and white assignment and and i really like it. i changed it to black and white and cropped it. :)

I took this on the day it snowed, obviously. It was for the black and white assignment and I really liked it because of the contrast. I had to edit the levels and contrast a tad to make it brighter. Something about it just seems interesting to me.

I took this picture in Virginia on the boardwalk. Theres randomly just a huge statue of poseidon. It was originally in color but I didn't like how bright and cheery it looked with the expression of his face so I changed it to black and white.

I took this picture in the last weeks of christmas break. This picture is part of the other pictures I used to compose of a layout for one of my aunts. Me and my cousin shown here were out on the balcony and I shot crazy poses of him. I only added an overlay layer and adjusted the curves a bit and it came out like this. I really like this picture

this is a picture of my friend caroline's nose and sunglasses. i faded the color just a bit, which makes the person reflected in the lenses stand out more. i really like how the face is positioned and how it shows that she's looking at someone.

I took this photo in Helena, AL. I was sitting on this dock on the Cahaba River. I went to stand up and my sun glasses fell. I thought I would take a photo of them so laid down to get the shot. When I took the picture I really liked the reflection in the glasses and the reflection in the river. I only heightened the contrast in the image, thats it!

I made this image awhile back. I took a portrait while holding a mirror. The image that is in the mirror is a completely different picture that I cropped and fit to the frame. I did a lot of fitting with the mirror image and turned both layers to B&W. Then I added a few gradient tones around the background to make the frame stand out more. I boosted the contrast and this is how it turned out. This is my form of introjection. Hope you like.

Spring

I took this picture for the Metal assignment and really only changed the brightness and contrast along with straightening the spring to be perfectly vertical in the image. What I like about the picture is the repetition of colors and highlights in each coil of the spring.
